The events took place in 1988 at the decline of the Soviet era. The German delegation came to Minsk to contribute to the peacemaking process and establish new relations between our countries for mutual benefit and cooperation. The travel agency Sputnik showed great enthusiasm on behalf of the Byelorussian side in working on this project. The project was financed by the Westphalian government, Evangelistic Church of Westphalia and many other private persons and organizations. The foundation of the Center was laid in 1991. The IBB opening took place in 1994.IBB today is often referred to as ‘The Bridge between West and East’. Numerous foreign guests find IBB the best place to stay in Minsk and consider it the useful source of information about our country. We are proud to provide a vast range of accommodations to suit the business travelers and tourists at our 3 star hotel. The conference hall and the restaurant have all necessary facilities to host large groups of guests for various educational and business events.
